We are a versatile and multi-trade joinery-based construction firm located in the central belt. Our services extend within a 50-mile radius of the forth valley. With a commitment to high standards, we cover a comprehensive range of construction services, from minor property repairs and maintenance to full-scale house builds and small developments.

Tailoring homes to your desires, we create dream homes finished to a high-spec standard. Our in-house team of tradesmen, all experts in their profession, ensures a seamless and reliable experience. Unlike subcontractors, our staff members are part of our dedicated team.

We also specialise labour packages for large national housebuilders, undertaking site joinery and excelling in timber frame building. All our onsite timber frame construction operatives are fully qualified with CSCS , PASLODE trained certs, SPIT gun operator cert, NPORS slinger signaller certification, and all squads carry a NPORS crane supervisor certificated operative. Also all operatives have all health and safety certification required for example G DECK installer certs, TRAD installer certs. With vast experience accross the timber frame erection industry a proud Health and safety record. All timber frame teams have a designated certificated first aider. Aswell as timber frame erecting we carry out full internal fit outs including 1st and 2nd fix joinery stages along with final fix, kitchen and bathroom fitting.

Although we are a joinery based contractor we also specialise in brickwork and stonemasonry with a designated squad of top stone masons on hand for all brick, blockwork and stone masonry including renovation and new stonework.

On the private domestic front, we provide end-to-end services for extensions, loft conversions, garage conversions, bespoke self-builds, and new projects. Our on-hand design/architect manages all planning and warrant applications.

In addition to major projects, we handle smaller tasks such as decking, fencing, roofing, home improvements, garden rooms, brickwork, and stone masonry. Our expertise extends to refurbishments of residential and commercial properties, shopfitting, timber frame design/build/supply, erecting, insurance work, double glazing, doors, garages, and storm damage emergency call-outs.

No job is too small, and we have a dedicated small works property/maintenance person to address minor property concerns promptly.
